    Yes—my neighbor does his in the oven—look for recipes online.

    Marinate your beef strips and place them on a baking sheet. Bake them on low heat (225 degrees) for several hours, turning them every hour or so, until desired doneness is achieved.

    Check out Alton Brown… and his contraption on GOOD EATS… I believe it’s a few box fans some PAPER furnace filters and some food grade plastic trays….

    200 F in the oven!! or you can if you live in NM, AZ, CO, UT put up a line out in the sun and hang your jerky to dry!!

    today it is getting downright hot!! was 100 here by 10 AM!!!

    Absolute lowest oven temp works, or an easy bake kids’ oven.
