Yes. Beef jerky is lean, low in fat, high in protein. I would keep it to about one ounce though and have some other foods to go with it. I usually have it as a snack.

Depends on the diet. Too much of anything is not beneficial for losing weight. If you’re restricting carbs, you need to be sure the jerky you choose doesn’t have added sugar. If you’re a dialysis patient, beef jerky is a bad idea because protein should be restricted…everything is relative.

I would say only eat a little bit. Cut back your calories all day so you can have it. Almost all food is ok if you eat it in moderation.

Beef comes from an animal which humans were not designed to consume. The main problem with the jerky is the huge amount of salt.

    No knowledge of the product.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Wal-Mart sells a 16-ounce bag of World Kitchens beef jerky for around $8.50.

Cut up into small pieces and weigh out 1-ounce portions (around 80 calories) for consumption control.
