Beef Jerky

I’ve been making delicious ground beef jerky but the store where I bought the spices have quit carrying them. I e-mailed the company but never got an answer. I need to know if it is possible to add some spices from the local grocery store to make tasty ground beef jerky. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Barb.

I have 2 1/4 pounds ground beef, limes and ca jun seasoning. I obviously have other things if I need them, but those are the 3 things I want to be able to taste. ca jun lime beef jerky. How much juice and seasoning should I put in the beef jerky to make it right?
